As a Senior Consultant, by acting in small group of engagement team you will expand your skill-set through a breadth of work delivering high-impact and long-term effect change implementation. You will enjoy working side-by-side with corporate executives and business owners, providing you with top-level insight and interaction.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional Eurasian language would be advantageous.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant advisory and/or managerial experience, gained in a business or consulting firm environment.
• A track record of consistently delivering high-value work to meet needs.
• An understanding of objectives and how to integrate individual work stream(s) into multiple projects; somebody who can adjust work stream goals to the broader context of the project.
• Experience of supervising other professionals, acting as a positive role model and able to motivate others.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including: giving clear direction to the team; executing projects according to established team norms, defined roles, and expectations; coaching and developing direct reports; and capitalising on the strengths of each team member on projects.
• Utilising advanced understanding of the core drivers of the client’s business in order to make decisions and advise the client accordingly, plus knowing how to leverage expertise in a business context in order to be impactful.
• Use of a systematic approach to quickly and logically identify issues and examining those issues thoroughly and holistically, bringing in the appropriate experts when needed.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced written communication skills, able to prepare well laid out, easily understood analyses and presentations.
• Articulate communication of information, with audience-appropriate adaption.
• Delivery of influential client communications with clarity and confidence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and peers.
• Ability to work independently, with the high-energy, flexibility and adaptability required to to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively; sometimes at short notice.
• Business, Economics or Engineering degree, MBA or Master’s degree preferred, but valid experience in conjunction with a Bachelor’s degree – in lieu of a graduate degree – will be considered.
